Identification of flower ( NOTE: If you
have difficulties identifying the violet, our staff will help you. )

Copyright Grant:
|
By submitting your photo, you expressly grant The American Violet Society the non-exclusive right
to publish and use the submitted photo in any original, processed or edited form both on the AVS
Web Site and in any other AVS related publications, including commercial magazine articles.
(Credit will be given, where appropriate) The Photographer will retain all other rights to
the photo.

Mechanism:
|
Entries will be assigned a number and placed anonymously on the AVS' 2000 Online Contest Photo
Gallery where tallying capabilities in place by the contest deadline date will allow everyone to
be part of the jury and vote for their favorite entry.

|
Prizes:
|
There will be One Grand Award and 3 First Tier Awards. Prizes will be announced later.
|
|
|
Announcement of Winners:
|
Winners will be announced on November 1, 2000.

|
Responsibility for Lost Entries or System Malfunction:
|
The American Violet Society offers this contest without warranty. There are
no entry fees and prizes are being provided by the society or one of our sponsors.
By entering this contest, you agree not to hold either The American Violet
Society or its sponsors or service providers liable for any loss, malfunction or
disagreement related to contest outcome.
