	Instructions:             Cut out two squares of soft fabric (6 inches square) and sew around 3 squares with white, silver or purple thread. In a bowl, mix: Fragrant violet blossoms (2 parts) Rose petals (1 part) Lemon Balm (2 parts) Clover (one part) Mint (one part) Lavender (one part) Turn the pillow inside out to hide the seams. Stuff the pillow with the herb mixture. Sew up the end to keep the herbs inside. If you wish, decorate the pillow with lace, silk, or embroidered designs. Place this violet pillow under your regular pillow. It will smell great and assure good dreams.
